1923 SOUTH 12th STREET

This two-story historic building was operating as a printing shop when it was struck by a semi-truck and subsequently condemned due to is structural integrity. Our work included shoring the existing structure, demolishing the damaged exterior wall, foundation replacement and 3-wythe exterior masonry replacement. Additionally, our team installed replacement windows, man doors, and overhead doors that replicate the original historic appearance.

This project was selected by the Landmark Association of St. Louis as one of the Most Enhanced Winners for 2018.
