During this project, our team cleared a 52,000 square foot building to create a space that could be marketed to a larger group of potential buyers. Some of the tasks included removal of electrical conduit and wiring, process piping, storage tanks, silos that were 40’ tall inside the building and removal of the train track unloading bay.
