Project Description
LOGAN BELL TOWER
The Harlan company performed maintenance on the Logan Bell Tower that included structure concrete patching, painting the tower, and replacing the roofing.
We decided to build a scaffolding system around all four legs of the tower with a work level all the way up. This allowed the crew to work efficiently and safely without fear of damaging the tower.
This also allowed the customer and their engineering staff to get up close and see all areas that could not be accessed from boom lifts.
This even helped the crews to remove the bells located in the tower for service and a good cleaning.
The work that Harlan preformed on the tower helped restore it to the original color and condition when it was constructed in the October of 1961.
